The club card, mandatory for all guests from 3 years of age, will be paid during check-in.
The card includes: entertainment service and mini-club, sport activities and usage of the fields, swimming pool with equipped terrace and one sun umbrella and 2 loungers per room, regardeless of the number of guests per room.

By purchasing the Premium Package you can start your holidays by spoiling yourself and enjoy a lot of services:
The Premium Package costs €30.00 per room per night (€210.00 per week) and includes:
a. First drink supply for minibar: 2 x 0,5 L bottle of still water – 2x 0,5 L bottle of sparkling water – 4x drinks.
b. Every Day: 1 x 0,5 L bottle of still water – 1x 0,5 L bottle of sparkling water.
c. Typical sweets on arrival day.
d. Bathrobe and slippers for adults only.
e. Two beach towels with daily change.
f. Late check-out till 1pm.

– A 30% deposit of the whole amount is necessary to confirm the room.
– Final payment during check-in.

– Up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date: no penalty.
– From 29 to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 30% fee of your total amount.
– From 13 to 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 50% fee of your total amount.

Any requests regarding preferences or particular needs (i.e., room with view of the pool) made during reservation will be taken into consideration by our staff but the positive outcome cannot be guaranteed.

On your holiday use our baby’s room, accessible all day long, equipped with bottle warmer, microwave oven, sterilizer, dishes, napkins and chairs. During restaurant opening time, cooked and non-processed basic products are also available: vegetable stock, vegetable soup, fresh sauce, tiny pasta, boiled meat and fish, fresh fruit, yogurt, hazelnut cream, jams, dried rusts and single-dose biscuits. Fresh or powdered milk, homogenized or other baby-specific products are excluded.

If you would like to go on a one-day trip, you have the possibility to take with you a packed lunch, that will replace the meal at the restaurant. The take-away lunch needs to be reserved at the reception the day before within 6pm.
The packed lunch is also available as extra meal at the price of €15.00 per person.

At the reception you can rent beach towels at an additional cost.
A deposit is needed and will be refunded when returning the towels.
Deposit: €20.00 (per item).
Rent: €2.50 (per day and per towel with change included).

WI-FI is for free and available only in the common areas: reception, bar and swimming pool.

You can rent a bike or even enjoy the kart circuit located only a few steps away from the resort entrance. These services are not directly supplied by our holiday village.

An outdoor and unsupervised car park is available inside the Villaggio for our guests’ cars and motorbikes.

Some services are offered at an extra charge and are available only upon request or with a reservation. (i.e. doctor, baby-sitting, hairdresser).

Ask our staff at the reception for more information about availability and prices of laundry and ironing service (dry-cleaning also available).

Only a limited number of pets is allowed in our Village and a request is needed when making the reservation.
Allowed pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They must weigh max. 10kg. The price is €20.00 per day per animal.
Transport box or a leash are mandatory. Animals cannot access the beach, sport courts, playground, bar, restaurant, and private beach property.
According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

An extra dinner or lunch can be booked on site and includes bottled still or sparkling water, white or red wine of the house, beer, cola, soda and orange soda on tap.
Extra meals are mandatory for all the guests of the room. An exception is possible only when authorized by the Hotel Manager.

The restaurant doesn’t offer a vegetarian and/or vegan menu. The Chef can cook a dish that satisfies our Guests’ needs, if the buffet doesn’t already offer something in line with these dietary preferences (e.g. pasta with zucchini).

It is necessary when booking, to report food allergies or intolerances of any kind.
The Holiday Village does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking, therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination for unpackaged products.

Payments at the bar and restaurant are made using a pre-paid money card, which can be activated at the reception and allows you to enjoy your stay without carrying cash.
The money card is issued with a deposit of €5.00 and can be recharged with any amount using cash, credit card or debit card. Any left-over amount, including the deposit will be refunded once the card is returned.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Budoni demands the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €2.50 per night and person from 1st July to 31st August and €1.00 during the rest of the year. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Budoni.
